...Davison also unveiled a new logo proposed by 6th Ward Councilman David Lalich and Mark Nelson of Nelson Fine Arts and Gifts.

"This logo includes the Veterans Bridge, Franciscan University of Steubenville and the clock tower at Hollywood City Center and the phrase suggested by Lalich saying, ' The city of Steubenville ...
